Hairline & Thinning Preview

Before you spend four figures on a transplant, or a year on a treatment, see what the result would actually look like on your face - and what the alternatives look like next to it.

A preview is a reference image, not a medical or surgical prediction. Talk to a qualified clinician before starting any treatment.

Your hairline, previewed four ways

This page previews your hairline four ways from a single photo: filled in and denser through the temples, cut back into a short crop, taken down to a buzz, or shaved clean. Your features, skin tone and the lighting in the original frame are left alone, so you are comparing hair against hair. The reason to look before you act is money and time, neither of which comes back easily - consultations and appointments are booked months out, and a receding hairline is rarely a decision you get to make twice cheaply. A hairline preview is a reference image and nothing more. No clinical claim, no prediction of what any treatment would do.

Fuller hairline

The front and temples drawn back in at a natural height and density, so you can see the shape you would be asking for on your own brow.

Shorter crop

A French crop or textured crop keeps weight forward and stops the eye at the fringe rather than the temples. No clinic involved, just your barber.

Grade two buzz

One length everywhere. It flattens the contrast between thinner and thicker areas instead of drawing a line across your forehead for people to follow.

Clean shave

The floor of your options, previewed early. If you are comfortable with this version, every choice stacked above it gets much easier to make calmly.

Sit it next to the clipper grades, or look at the fully shaved version for comparison. There are plenty more cuts that work with a higher forehead. Upload one clear photo to begin. The first look is free, and no account is needed.

Questions about the hairline & Thinning Preview

Straight answers, no hedging.

Is this a medical or surgical prediction?

No. Plainly, no. It is a reference image of a hairstyle and nothing else. It cannot tell you whether a transplant would take, whether any treatment would work, or how your hair will change from here. For anything medical, talk to a qualified clinician who has examined your scalp in person.

Will I still look like myself with a fuller hairline?

Yes. Your face, skin tone, expression and lighting are kept exactly as photographed, and only hair is redrawn. A denser front that arrived with a smoother forehead and a younger jaw would be flattering and useless, so the tool leaves everything below the hairline untouched.

What happens to my photo?

It is used to create your render and kept in your library, where only you can see it. Your face is not added to a public gallery, and the privacy policy has the full account.

How accurate is the fuller hairline preview?

It draws a plausible hairline for your face. It does not know your density, your growth pattern or how far a recession may go, and it cannot say what any clinic could achieve. Treat it as a picture of a shape you might want, then check that shape with a professional.

Can I take the preview to a consultation?

You can, and pointing at a shape beats describing one. Be clear that it is a mock-up you made yourself, not a plan, a projection, or anything a clinic produced. What is realistic for your scalp is their judgement to give, not the render's.

What kind of photo works best?

Front on, at eye level, in even daylight. Push your hair back off your forehead so the current front is visible, take the cap off, and skip heavy filters. A photo that hides the hairline leaves the preview guessing, and the guess is the part you care about.
